Q: When can we expect new inventory to hit the site?

A: We add all of the best trade in's that we receive in store throughout the week on Friday at 11am Pacific! We do add additional inventory throughout the week as well as stock allows.

 

Q: When can I expect my order to shipped?

A: Our goal is to have all items shipped out within 2 business days from the date of the order. We normally process all of the orders from the weekend on Monday. 

 

Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A: We currently accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

 

Q: Do you offer returns?

A: We do offer returns on all products as long as you contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Please review our return policy for detailed information on the return process.

 

Q: Do you have a storefront and can I order online and pickup in store?

A: We have a storefront located in Camarillo, California. We have added a store pick up option when checking out under the shipping options. If you select this option we should have your order ready to pickup within a couple hours. You may pick up your item in store anytime during normal business hours.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not at this time, we are working on making this happen in the future. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis if you contact us.

 

Q: Do you buy Pops and Pop collections?

A: We are always on the lookout for special POP's and nice collections. If you are local you can always bring them buy the store for a quote. Feel free to contact us or email us directly at merogames@gmail.com for questions or quotes.
